Digital Skills for the AI Revolution (DS4AIR)
The global workforce today is facing a critical period of jobs and skills instability. With a large portion of today’s jobs set to disappear or become displaced by Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics and automation, the world today requires a human workforce which possess proficient digital skills.
The DS4AIR project supports innovation through the design, development and evaluation of an online training course on Digital Skills in view of the AI Revolution. It is envisaged that the results will yield a high-quality digital learning environment, based on the needs and requirements of vulnerable adults in today’s workforce.

D4 Entrepreneurship (Dream:Dare:Design:Do)
D4 Entrepreneurship (Dream:Dare:Design:Do) is an Erasmus+ KA2 project that aims to develop new, innovative, creative, entrepreneurial education. During the project 42 VET staff and 540 students from 5 different countries will form 6 D4 Entrepreneurship Clubs and participate in Design Thinking projects aimed at developing. VET students will have the opportunity to develop innovative ideas and ‘Pitch’ solutions to solve real-world challenges.
In the longer term the project anticipates to implement Design Thinking methodologies in formal qualifications and make them available for VET staff (facilitators) and VET Students (practitioners).
D4 Entrepreneurship is a partnership between 6 VET colleges (Northern Regional College in the UK, Nazaret Fundazioa in Spain, Ekonomska sola Novo mesto in Slovenia, Deltion College and Stichting Wellant from the Netherlands, Jyvaskylan Koulutuskuntayhtyma In Finland) and Ballymena Business Centre Limited, a business incubation centre in the UK. VET partners will also act as a host for 90 wider entrepreneurship ecosystem organisations/enterprises to participate.
The project started in 2020 and runs until 2023.
The Erasmus + project KA2 “Lean for work and lean for life” is a two-year cross-sector development project, aimed at developing the skills of teachers and trainers in vocational education (MBO). In this project, the Train the Trainers program was developed, which is intended for teachers and trainers. They are trained in how to teach Lean Skills in vocational education. The aim is to impart Lean knowledge and skills to colleagues and students in an innovative way and to train teachers to become trainers. The training approach is interactive, experimental and inclusive.
Lean for Work and Lean for Life is a partnership between schools from The Dutch Alliance (Onderwijsgroep Tilburg) & Hetel (Lea Artibai). Other partners are Vamia, Finland and Edifício ATEC, Portugal. The project ran from 2018 to 2020.
